This Privacy Policy explains what data Home Stadium Club ("we", "us") collects when clubs and fans use the platform, and how it is used. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
From fans: the email address used to sign in (via a one-time code), a display name, the seat or level selected, and any cheer audio submitted during a match. From club staff: the login credentials and settings used to manage the club's matches and hardware.
We use this data to run the live match experience — playing fan audio through the correct stadium speaker, showing leader messages, and running votes — and to let club admins and leaders moderate fan activity during a match. We do not use fan data for advertising.
When a club sells paid access to a match, payment is processed directly through that club's own Stripe account. Home Stadium Club is not a party to the transaction and does not receive, store, or have access to your card details — Stripe handles this in accordance with its own privacy policy. Questions about a charge, refund, or receipt should go to the club, not to us.
We use Stripe to process club payments and Resend to deliver sign-in codes by email. These providers process the minimum data needed to perform their function (e.g. your email address, to send you a code) and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Each club can only see fan activity for its own matches. We do not sell fan or club data to third parties, and we do not share one club's fan data with another club.
We keep match and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your fan account at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Home Stadium Club is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
